Do you have a retail location?
No, we do not have a retail store location. My jewelry studio is open by appointment only. We do from time to time have open studio sales. Please sign up for our email newsletter to be notified of these events. You will also receive monthly email newsletters for upcoming events, promotions, and shows.
Can I buy your jewelry at any retail stores?
Currently all of our jewelry designs are sold on our website, at our studio, or at art fairs across the USA. If you are a retailer interested in selling our products please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do you make all of the jewelry yourself?
All of our designs are created by Marilu Patterson. The initial design process and creation is always determined by the artist, Marilu Patterson.
Are your designs one of a kind?
Some of our jewelry designs are one of a kind and many other jewelry designs have a limited production amount. Custom orders are available by contacting us at email@example.com.
How often do you create new designs?
New designs are always being created throughout the year.
I have some diamonds/colored stones that I wish to incorporate into a design. Is this possible?
Yes, so long as you don't mind mailing the diamonds/stones to our studio in an appropriately insured package.
How does the custom design process work?
The custom design process sometimes includes a custom wax model prototype. This model is created according to the customer’s specifications as provided. Upon the customer’s approval of the prototype, the prototype must be mailed back to our studio to incorporate design changes, if necessary. This process usually can extend the final delivery date by several weeks.
What is the delivery time for orders?
Website orders take approximately 2 to 3 weeks to ship. If there is any delay you will be notified. Please be patient because
the Interchangeable collection is very popular and growing in popularity.
What is your return/exchange policy?
Any purchase can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date. There are no returns or exchanges on custom designs.
Do you have any other type of guarantee policy on your jewelry designs?
We will repair or replace any Over the Top™ Collection stones at no charge to the customer if the stones are damaged during shipping. All rings can be sized or re-sized for free for the life of the ring.

What type of metals do you use in your jewelry?
We work with all types of precious metal including sterling silver; yellow, white, or rose gold. Our most recent designs include anti-oxidizing sterling silver combined with 14kt. yellow gold accents. All designs can be made with any metal combination or colored stone preference.
How do you ship your jewelry?
We ship exclusively with United Parcel Service ("UPS"). Shipping charges are determined by the value of the item and location to be shipped. All shipping charges are disclosed at the initial time of purchase.
